Disclaimer

The London Canine Training Establishment will take every precaution to ensure that you and your dog remains safe within our training establishment.

Dog training is a physical activity and is therefore not without risk. It is your responsibility to be aware of your own safety as well as the safety of your dog. We ask that you refrain from undertaking anything you feel uncomfortable doing. Furthermore, those attending are asked to dress appropriately for the outdoor setting.

Owners are responsible for their dog at all times. This includes ensuring their dog’s needs are met, access to fresh drinking water as well as opportunities to toilet.

The London Canine Training Establishment and any person acting on their behalf, will not accept liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness that occurs to dogs, their owners or handlers, spectators, or any persons or property. This includes arrival, during the session, upon leaving and after.

All dogs must remain on leads unless the trainer instructs otherwise. Any dogs that have been known to bite other dogs or cause harm to people must wear a muzzle at all times. The London Canine Training Establishment will not take any responsibility for dogs that are not muzzled.

We welcome children to attend classes with a parent or guardian. Children below the age of 16 must be supervised by their parent or guardian at all times and remain with their puppy or dog unless specifically asked otherwise. This is to ensure the safety and well- being of all class members - human and canine.

By booking and attending any sessions you acknowledge you have read and agreed to the above terms. This includes anyone that may attend in your place or accompanies you.
